Spotdox updated

Today we released a new version of the web client. Nothing to install, this is the web based software used to access your computer from other computers.

Improvements

• Changed navigation to be more consistent with other file browsers. You now simply click on a folder to navigate into it.
• This means that the button to the right of the folders now controls the information section for each folder.
• The folder information has been streamlined, saving a few button presses.

Performance

• Folder browsing is now much faster. You can now click through a hierarchy of folders much faster than before.

Access to Windows Computers

• As always you can access your mac from a Windows based computer today.
• We are not ready to release yet, but expect a beta this month or early next.  This will be an application that you can run on Windows 7+ based machines to get Spotdox access for those machines as well.
